What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Registering new applicants and matching them to suitable rental properties
• Arranging and conducting property viewings
• Negotiating lets between landlords and tenants
• Managing offers and ensuring smooth progression to move-in
• Maintaining strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
• Delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the letting process
• Supporting branch growth by identifying new business opportunities

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience in residential lettings
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Professional, motivated, and results-driven attitude
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Knowledge of the Ashford area (preferred)
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
