Resident liaison officer

MCG are currently seeking a dynamic and proactive Resident liaison officer to work within Social Housing covering project based in Islington for perm role.

Key Experience

Experience of working within a customer services environment is essential

Previous experience of working with Local Authorities or Registered Housing Providers is desirable

Proven experience of working in a busy environment, and delivering successful outcomes within challenging deadlines is essential

Knowledge of Externals, Windows, Cladding is desirable

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 34,000.00 - 36,000 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)
