The Role:

We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Data Administrator to join a Supply Chain team on a 6-month initial placement. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a busy and evolving supply chain environment, supporting key business operations and ensuring data accuracy across multiple systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate and timely data entry across various supply chain systems.
• Analyse and maintain product, supplier, and order data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Use Excel (including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs) to manage and report on data.
• Support the wider supply chain team with day-to-day operational tasks.
• Help identify and resolve data discrepancies or process issues.
• Prioritise multiple tasks and stay organised in a busy, fast-moving environment.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Strong data entry and analytical ability with excellent attention to detail.
• Advanced Excel skills - confident using pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
