Data Operations Manager

Role: Data Operations Manager (Technology/IT)
Location: London-based with flexible remote working
Contract: Full-time, permanent (35 hours/week)
Salary: £35,825, rising to £40,304 after 12 months + excellent benefits

A well-known UK charity is seeking a Data Operations Manager to join their Product and Systems Management team. This role plays a key part in managing and maintaining the charity s central CRM (Dynamics 365), ensuring data flows and income processing (e.g. Gift Aid, Direct Debits) are accurate and efficient.
You'll support the rollout of a new data infrastructure, manage large data imports/exports, uphold data quality and standards, and work closely with stakeholders across the organisation.

Key skills required:

• Strong SQL (SSIS, SSRS) and Dynamics CRM 365 experience
• Data management and cleansing
• Familiarity with KingswaySoft
• Understanding of deduplication techniques
