Beverage Development Manager

• Responsible for leading the end-to-end development and delivery of NPD and innovation projects that meet customer, regulatory, and sustainability requirements from concept to launch.
• Manage risks and drive continuous improvement throughout the entire product development lifecycle.

Description

• Effectively communicate with customers to ensure clear project scoping, aligning on requirements, approval criteria, and indicative costs.
• Develop product formulations that meet agreed specifications-including sensory, regulatory, and cost targets-while advising on shelf life, packaging, and validation methods.
• Be able to design a product formulation from the customer idea whether that is a sports nutrition, or RTD soft drink and implement it in the final manufacturing site.

Profile

• Experience developing RTD products from concept to launch.
• Strong understanding of ingredient functionality.
• Passion for innovation and sustainability!
• A BSC/MSc in Food Science, Food Chemistry or related field.
