  • Are you a Paraplanner looking to join an award winning Chartered financial planning company offering holistic advice, full admin support and a great bonus structure?
  • Would you like to work closely with an Adviser and have that opportunity for collaboration whilst supporting him with his established client bank?

If either of these scenarios ring true, we have the perfect role for you.

The Client and role details:

  • Our client is an established independent IFA, based in a convenient location in centre of London, Close to St Pauls.
  • Whilst the company has over 80 staff and continues to grow, it offers a great balance of being established in this way but keeping a close collaborative team feel through pod systems.
  • For this role, you will be working in a pod system with 1 Advisers and 1 x Administrator. However, with over 30 Paraplanners in the company overall, and many who's role it is to work across pods, there is more than enough support
  • This role is all about collaboration. You will work closely with the Adviser on each client's financial plan, you will have exposure to the whole process, including full research, bespoke reports and cash flow modelling
  • The adviser currenely has a focus on the annual review process, so a paraplanner who has ample exposure to this process is essential. The new business coming in for this adviser off the back of his servicing is complex and he is keen to collaborate closely with the paraplanner on this.
  • The role also comes with ample client contact so a paraplanner who enjoys client contact as part of their role is also desirable.

This could be a great move for any established paraplanner with some excellent benefits and work life balance, or equally for any junior the role offers the opportunity to be collaborating with an established adviser and a wider range of paraplanners and relishing the chance to join a company with a tried and tested model over the years for developing Junior talent into exceptional paraplanners, or furthermore into Advisers.

So, if you are looking for truly collaborative environment with the chance to be involved in interesting cases/research, then please apply for the role and we can run through in more detail.
