TeacherActive work with a dynamic and inclusive secondary school and is seeking an enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join one of our dedictaed schools in the Croydon area.

About the Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth running of the school by:

• Supervising classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
• Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans and ensuring students stay engaged in their learning.
• Managing classroom behaviour and fostering a positive learning environment.
• Supporting the school s ethos of excellence and inclusivity.

This role is ideal for individuals considering a career in teaching, offering valuable experience in a supportive and professional environment.

We re seeking someone who:

• Is confident, adaptable, and resilient.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Can build positive relationships with students and staff.
• Has a strong commitment to the wellbeing and development of young people.
