Are you passionate about supporting people to make positive life changes? Join our dedicated team as a Health and Wellbeing Practitioner, working 17.5 hours per week within an integrated healthcare framework to support adults affected by drug and alcohol use.
About the Role
You'll deliver client-centred treatment and recovery support for offenders entering prison who are identified as having substance misuse issues. Using both harm reduction and abstinence-based approaches, you'll help clients achieve meaningful progress towards a healthier, more stable future.
