The Project

As a Site Engineer on Nights, you will carry out setting out & Site Engineering work on a large Civils Infrastructure package in Guildford.

Requirements

For this role it is essential that you carry the following professional qualifications as a minimum;

• Streetworks / NRSWA
• CSCS Card
• Driving Licence

For this role it is essential that you hold the skills & experience below;

• Experience as a Site Engineer setting out for new infrastructure including streetworks / 278 works
• 5 years + as a Site Engineer on Civil Engineering schemes

• Reporting to: Site Manager

Duties

• Lines and levels
• To attend Team Briefs
• Facilitate agreement of variations
• Attend in-house progress meetings
• Setting out for roads, sewers, Streetworks / 278 works, drainage, manholes, civils infrastructure
• Ensuring compliance with works standards
• Organise and supervise temporary works when required
• Undertaking Land, Stockpile and Construction Work Surveys
• Checking and Preparing Site Reports, Designs and Drawings
• Liaising With Clients, Subcontractors and Other Professional Staff
