Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs).
• 12 hour shifts working in a team of 2
• Address reactive maintenance issues across building services equipment.
• Work on a range of systems including pumps, motors, generators, three-phase power, emergency lighting, HVAC, and more.

This is a shift-based role, requiring both day and night shifts, so prior experience in a similar setting is highly advantageous.
