Location: Dartford, UK (Hybrid)
Salary: 40,000 - 45,000 + Excellent Benefits & Flexible Working Hours

We're partnering with a global leader in the pharmaceutical industry, to recruit a SHE Advisor. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that values long-term development and offers exposure to both local and international SHE practices.

Based in Dartford, this full-time role reports to the SHE Manager, and offers flexibility over working hours. Occasional travel to other sites within the EMEA region is required.

Responsibilities of the Safety, Health & Environment Advisor will include:

• Supporting the growth and promotion of a strong SHE culture focused on safeguarding the health and safety of employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Partnering with line management to champion SHE best practices and drive employee engagement at all levels.
• Assessing risks and collaborating with teams to develop and implement robust control measures.

The successful Safety, Health & Environment Advisor will have:

• Experience in a Health, Safety and Environment role, ideally from within a pharmaceutical or chemical environment
• Preferably NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent) or working towards
• A good technical knowledge of ISO standards
