Job Description:

Rhubarb Hospitality Recruitment is currently looking for a knowledgeable Cigar Lounge Manager for a cigar lounge in North London. The role will oversee daily operations and provide an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the cigar lounge, including staff supervision and customer service.
• Ensure the highest standards of product knowledge, customer care, and compliance with relevant UK regulations.
• Oversee ordering, stock management, and cost control for cigars and related products.
• Develop marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Train, lead, and motivate the team to deliver excellent service and product expertise.
• Manage staff scheduling and foster a welcoming, professional work environment.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of cigars, cigar culture, and related products.
• Previous management or supervisory experience is desirable.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a team effectively.
