Location: IslingtonStart Date:ASAP StartSalary: £112 - £120 per day (depending on experience)Contract: Long-term, Full-time 8:30am - 3:45pm

Are you a compassionate Behaviour Mentor with a passion for supporting children with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs?Remedy Education is recruiting for a full-time Behaviour Mentor to join a welcoming SEMH performing arts school in Islington this September.

• Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with SEMH needs

• Help implement Individual Behaviour Plans (IBPs) and targeted strategies

• Use a child-centred approach to manage challenging behaviours effectively

• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment

• Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and the pastoral team

• Monitor progress and contribute to behaviour reports and intervention plans

• Experience working in a primary school setting is essential

• Proven background supporting children with SEMH or challenging behaviour

• Excellent communication, resilience, and teamwork skills

• A proactive and empathetic approach to supporting pupils' needs

• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
