Claims Product Owner

The Role

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Product Owner to join our Wholesale Claims team. Based in London, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of claims delivery - with a particular focus on the Guidewire Claims Center and the unique needs of the London market.

About the role: You'll lead product development and delivery, collaborating with IT, Strategy, and Operations teams. From roadmap ownership to aligning business needs with innovation, this is a pivotal role in improving the claims journey for brokers and clients.

What you will be doing

• Leading the development and implementation of the Claims product roadmap

• Managing and prioritising the product backlog, ensuring development teams are focused and aligned

• Collaborating with IT, Strategy, and Operations to deliver high-quality claims solutions

• Gathering and refining requirements from key stakeholders across the business

• Conducting market research and competitor analysis to spot new opportunities

• Monitoring product performance and using insights to drive improvements

• Ensuring the product meets regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks

• Acting as the go-to person for all product-related queries and direction

What you will bring

• Proven experience as a Product Owner in insurance or claims

• Hands-on expertise with Guidewire Claims Center

• Strong knowledge of the London insurance market

• Agile delivery experience and excellent stakeholder engagement
