Civil Quantity Surveyor

Key skills and responsibilities for the Civil Quantity Surveyor role:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and manage budgets for earthworks, pipelines, reservoirs, and treatment facilities.

• Contract Management: Draft, review, and administer contracts with contractors, suppliers, and consultants.

• Measure quantities of materials and work completed for progress payments and final accounts.

• Monitor project risks, evaluate variations and change orders, and advise on cost implications.

• Heavy Civils experience within the Water Insutry is essential

Location, day rate and timeframe of the Civil Quantity Surveyor role

• London
• Up to 500.00 Per Day
• Outside IR35
• 12 - 24 months minimum
