To excel in this role, you will need:

• A formal technical engineering or craft apprenticeship, with an NVQ Level 3/TR23/TR21 or HNC qualification
• Experience in reading and understanding assembly drawings, with a keen eye for dimensional tolerances and machined finishes
• Strong customer focus and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Adaptability to various work-related processes and practices
• Proficiency in SAP (desirable)
