Location - Surrey

Salary - Up to 60k

A specialist commercial property management firm is seeking a Commercial Property Management Surveyor to manage a varied portfolio across the UK.

The role offers responsibility for high-value assets and close collaboration with facilities management, accountancy and support teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of commercial assets in line with management agreements
• Build and maintain client relationships as the key point of contact
• Collaborate with internal teams including FM, accounts and contractors
• Interpret lease structures and ensure tenant compliance
• Prepare and manage service charge budgets and RICS-compliant reconciliations
• Report to senior management and clients
• Carry out inspections and oversee contractor performance across the UK
• Liaise with agents, solicitors and external consultants
• Oversee financial performance and reporting
• Support leadership with new building appraisals and business pitches

The Candidate

A proactive, confident communicator with strong commercial property experience and the ability to manage instructions independently. UK travel required.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Strong reporting & negotiation skills

Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Knowledge of commercial property legislation

Experience with property management & CAFM software

2+ years' portfolio management experience

MRICS preferred

Understanding of property accountancy

Full UK driving licence & vehicle
