Housing Caretaker

BDS and currently recruiting for a Housing Caretaker to work within a Retirement Living Service based in Tunbridge Wells, TN2.

The role will be to ensure the smooth running of the development, ensuring grounds and building are maintained to a high standard always.

Main duties will include but are not limited too;

• Health and safety checks
• Compliance checks
• Completing minor repairs/ reporting any larger issues
• Make sure all grounds and common parts are kept clean and tidy
• Supervising contractors

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 1.00pm - 20 hours per week

Salary: 15,839 per annum

This is a permanent position

Previous relevant experience is needed for this role
