We're looking for a Senior Live Learning Manager to join our team in London on a permanent basis. This role offers a salary of £53,000 - £56,500 with a hybrid working pattern.

The role has oversight of the development and delivery of work within the live learning function, directly managing complex or high-profile projects and ensuring that ICAEW's live learning offer is planned and delivered effectively.

The role is responsible for the curation, development and maintenance of ICAEW's suite of live learning products, including virtual classrooms, in-person classrooms and Essentials CPD. The role holder will lead a team to ensure programmes are developed and delivered to a high standard, with strong learner and trainer management experience, and that activity is planned appropriately with resources directed as required and courses delivered on time and to budget.

What you will be doing:

  • Overall responsibility for the curation, planning and delivery process for ICAEW's live learning offering.
  • Leading a team to provide high quality live learning for ICAEW members and other learners, positioning ICAEW as a world-class provider of learning content.
  • Overall responsibility for tracking progress of ICAEW's live learning programme delivery.
  • Oversight of the live learning development and delivery process to ensure consistency across virtual classrooms, in-person classrooms and Essentials CPD.
  • Responsibility for ensuring courses are scoped, commissioned, set up and scheduled effectively for each programme year.

What you will need:

  • Proven experience in planning and delivering live learning programmes.
  • Experience of managing a portfolio of virtual and/or in-person learning products.
  • Experience in leading a team, with a passion for developing and empowering others.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working cross-functionally.
  • Evidence of learning projects or programmes being delivered with tangible outcomes, including lessons learned.
