Stock Codition Manager

Job title: Stock Condition Manager
Location: Home working (with occasional office meetings)
Salary: 38,000- 42,000

I am on the lookout for a Stock Condition Manager to join a leading consultancy working on their Stock Condition programmes they have across the country. You will be responsible for the day to day running of these contracts as well as aiding across the organisation as required.

Responsibilities of the Stock Condition Manager:

• Setting up, attending and chairing meetings as required
• Minuting meetings as required
• Client and stakeholder liaison to obtain relevant files etc
• Answering ad-hoc client queries
• Overall end-to-end responsibility for the running of projects
• Manage Project Coordinator and other staff to fulfil responsibilities, including appraisals etc
• Responsibility for the maintenance of asset lists
• Maintain a register of all live projects
• Manage a team of Stock Condition Surveyors
