About the Role
A small, Specialist SEMH Therapeutic School in Wembley is looking for an exceptional Teaching and Learning Lead (SEND) to join their team from February/March 2025. This leadership role focuses on supporting class teachers in delivering high-quality teaching and learning tailored to SEND needs, with a particular emphasis on Autism, Global Developmental Delay, non-verbal communication, and ADHD.
Working closely with the SENCO/Inclusion Lead and Head Teacher, you will guide and develop teaching practices to ensure children with SEND receive the tailored support they need to thrive. While SEMH remains an important aspect, your primary focus will be driving improvements in SEND provision.
