Aston Education is working with an Ofsted Good 11-18 secondary Academy in Bexley, in Southeast London bordering Kent. They are looking for apermanent full-time Religious Studies Teacher.

Religious Studies is an important subject in the school, and this is an exciting opportunity for an RS Teacher / RE Teacher with strong subject knowledge and a love of learning to join an excellent department, inspiring students and bringing RS to life through engaging and innovative teaching.

They want their students to think deeply, understand different beliefs, and learn to respect other people's views and they are looking for someone who can bring these ideas to life in the classroom.

You will provide inclusive support to ensure students have full access to the curriculum and help them foster a love for RS. The successful applicant will be able to teach RS across key stages 3-4, with potential for key stage 5.

A willingness to teach other Humanities/Social Science subjects would be advantageous.
