Senior Quantity Surveyor

Flux Consulting have partnered with a well-established, London-based Consultancy that have experience consistent year-on-year success. They are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile projects, delivering expert cost management and commercial advice to our clients.

Requirements of this role include;

• Lead on cost planning, procurement, and contract administration.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Provide strategic advice on project risks and opportunities.
• Work collaboratively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

The ideal applicant will possess;

• Proven experience in quantity surveying, ideally in consultancy.
• MRICS chartered status is desirable but not essential.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
