Location: Stevenage, Hertfordshire
Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum (DOE)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm (40 hours per week)
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Technical Pre-Construction Manager to oversee minor construction projects in the pharmaceutical sector. This is a client-facing role requiring strong mechanical and electrical expertise to define project scopes, ensure regulatory compliance, and bridge the gap between client expectations and engineering execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between clients and engineering teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Define and develop project scopes for minor pharmaceutical construction works, ensuring technical and regulatory standards are met.
• Review and interpret mechanical and electrical engineering documents, providing input on design and construction.
• Ensure deliverables align with client requirements, project timelines, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility and project success.
• Provide technical support to project managers and engineering teams during execution phases.

• Strong technical background in mechanical and electrical engineering, ideally with experience in pharmaceutical or life sciences projects.
• Proven ability to develop project scopes and align technical specifications with client goals.
• Familiarity with industry regulations and construction management processes.
