We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our clients' team near Ashford, Kent. Sadly, due to the location - you must have a valid driver's license and access to a car.
As a Support Worker, you will: - Help residents identify and achieve their personal goals and ambitions
- Provide practical and personal support in a caring, approachable, and person-centred manner.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver a safe, high-quality, and inclusive service.
- Work flexible shifts, including early and late shifts, weekends, and bank holidays, as part of a weekly rota.
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who have a genuine desire to support others in transforming their lives. What you'll need: - Ideally 6 months plus experience working in a care setting.
- Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Brilliant team work skills and ability to lone work also.
- Willingness to work towards a Level 2 Diploma (or higher) in Health & Social Care
- A responsible, dedicated, and flexible approach to work
