Resourcing Group has an exciting opportunity to join one of the Leaders in the FM world. My client is looking for an Engineering Compliance Manager to join the team in Liverpool Street.

The role is to provide compliance support, admin support and operational support to the engineering and small works delivery team across 2 client sites in London.

The role shall include co-ordination and cross division working which will require strong communication and FM engineering industry knowledge.

Qualifications / Experience:

Ideally the job holder should have been educated to at least NVQ level 4 or equivalent full technical standard. Ideally hold a recognized qualification in engineering.

Technical expertise, qualifications in an engineering discipline would be an important pre- requisite of the role.

Knowledge of key operational procedures, eg, compliance/engineering road maps, planned maintenance systems, Quality and Health & Safety.

Full knowledge of information technology, Microsoft projects, Windows, spreadsheets, keyboard skills, etc.

• Coordinate all engineering compliance standards across
• Manage documentation for the engineering
• Raise commercial documentation - PO's, Credit notes
• Conduct H&S documentation
• Ensure PPM's are conducted and evidenced in a uniformed manner across
• Report required compliance
• Support H&S alignment and reporting into the client
• Conduct filing and review of engineer's
• Assist the project team in surveying small works and

Managing Risks/ Opportunities and Issues:

• Setting up and maintaining the compliance and engineering risk and issues strategy and processes, ensuring any escalations are dealt with by the appropriate individual our group within the client estate.
• Collating risks and opportunities and issues from all workstreams at delivery level, analyzing and recommending actions.

Controlling Change:

Coordinating and arranging the commercial/delivery change control methodology

Client Relationships:

To maintain day to day contact with Client representatives to review and resolve operational matters

To respond rapidly to short term operational issues arising from existing tasks or client work orders.

Provide regular updates and management information on engineering, compliance and project performance.

• Preferably a minimum of 5 years' experience operating as a Manager Level within the building maintenance industry, preferably in banking sector / corporate environments / commercial offices.
• Demonstrate experience in engineering
• Demonstrate experience of managing Health & Safety compliance
• Demonstrate experience of managing commercials up to a value of 500k
• Demonstrate IT literacy capability for software applications such as AUTOCAD, Intellect (accounts) plus full literacy with Microsoft Office suite. Incl. MS Project
• Demonstrate experience and competency with PDA and mobile telephone software and
• Demonstrate experience of managing/supporting/coaching a team of people to deliver quality projects to stakeholders.
