Courier Operations Manager

As Courier Operations Manager with the support of 2 direct reports you are required to run a team of drivers and export/import coordinators whose responsibility is to ensure HMRC and documentation surrounding import and export requirements are provided in a timely and professional manner with any problems or delays resolved quickly and effectively.

Your skills and experience should include

• Solid knowledge of import/export documentation for the distribution of parcels worldwide.
• Strong management and motivational skills to create a good working environment and practice.
• Experience of working in international courier businesses.

The job is based near Heathrow and the working hours are 5pm to 9pm Monday to Friday

Salary: c £40k, 25 days holiday and other benefits including good career prospects
