Technical Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the delivery and management of Working Drawing projects within the technical team
• Collaborate on fee proposal preparations
• Engage with clients, stakeholders, and external consultants to ensure seamless communication
• Drive business development initiatives and strengthen existing client relationships
• Conduct site visits and appraisals, ensuring project feasibility and excellence
• Review and check drawings/information to maintain high-quality standards
• Mentor and guide junior staff members, fostering growth within the team

To thrive in this role, candidates should possess:

• Proven experience in a similar role, showcasing excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational and project management capabilities
• A keen understanding of commercial dynamics in the housing sector
• Exceptional technical skills related to housing delivery for housebuilders
• A dedication to teamwork and a proactive, hardworking approach
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office software.
