About this client: Matty, 30, a recent Open University graduate (Economics & Maths) with a great sense of humour and an inspiring outlook on life. He lives independently in his family home and is supported by a close-knit team of PAs and live-in care. Matty sustained a spinal cord injury and is quadriplegic with a tracheostomy and overnight ventilator. He's passionate about Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), travels to events, and loves watching UFC. Matty appreciates a calm vibe, respects personal space, and communicates clearly when he needs support. His team assists him live life on his terms, combining excellent care with an uplifting, person-centered approach.

Overview of role: You ll be joining a dynamic environment where learning and development are encouraged. You ll work alongside another team member, supporting Matty with daily tasks like personal care, manual handling, ADLs, and medical needs both at home and when out and about. No prior experience in complex care? No worries. Training is provided, as what matters most is your willingness to learn and connect. Shifts are flexible and, once agreed, will remain consistent.
