An ambitious FM provider are currently looking for a Fabric Engineer with experience in Fire Door installation and maintenance for a high profile site in the city of London. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct fire door inspections and remedial work in line with current fire safety regulations
• Install, maintain, and repair fire doors and passive fire protection elements
• Provide accurate reports and recommendations following inspections
• Carry out general building fabric maintenance, including carpentry, minor repairs, and refurbishments
• Work closely with clients to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Identify and rectify defects to enhance the longevity and safety of fire doors
• Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
