Key Responsibilities:- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with ADHD and ASD
- Support students in the classroom, ensuring their participation and engagement in lessons
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to deliver tailored lessons and resources
- Support students with social and emotional development, ensuring their well-being
- Help with classroom management to ensure a focused and safe environment for all students
- Encourage students to develop strong organizational and study skills
