Packing Line Operative

Location: Sidcup (DA14)
Pay: 12.21 per hour
Hours: Full-time, 5 days out of 7 (must include 1 weekend day)
Shift: 8:00 AM start, finish between 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Transport Information:
This site is not local to a train station, but public transport is available from Sidcup, Swanley, Bexley, Chislehurst, and Orpington. Please check local bus routes for details.

Key Responsibilities for Packing Operative:

• Working on a fast-paced packing line handling products

• Checking the quality of goods to ensure they meet required standards

• Ensuring products are packed correctly and efficiently

• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace

• Following health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements for Packing Operative:

• Previous experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential

• Ability to work in a high-speed, repetitive environment

• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot defects

• Reliability, good timekeeping, and a strong work ethic

• Ability to stand for long periods and complete manual handling tasks
