This is a newly created role that blends stores operations, on-site support, customer service and administrative duties-perfect for someone who thrives on practical work and enjoys being part of a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Taking payments and deposits for goods
- Liaising with customers over the phone / email
- Willingness to support scheduling and customer updates
- Arranging bookings
- Speaking with suppliers and customers
- Receiving deliveries and preparing outgoing orders
- Inspect products before dispatch
- Inspecting goods for quality and damage
- Managing stock levels and parts required for installations
- Processing paperwork and supporting logistics
- Assisting installers when needed
- Clearing away materials
What You'll Need
- A practical mindset and strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with Word and Outlook
- A full UK driving licence
- Excellent communication skills both face to face and over the phone
- Able to move and lift heavy goods
- Up to £28,000pa
- Employee bonus scheme
- Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm (37.5 hours/week)
