Nursery Practitioner

Position: Nursery Practitioner (Level 2 or above in Early Years)

Location: Spencer Wood, Berkshire

Salary: Up to 25,750 per annum

We are working with a well-regarded childcare provider who is currently looking for a Nursery Practitioner with a Level 2 or above in Early Years to join their dedicated team. You will play an important role in caring for, supporting, and engaging with children to meet their individual needs while ensuring a fun and nurturing environment.

What's involved?

• Full-time contract
• Promote high standards of quality in the nursery environment and resources
• Assume key carer responsibilities for designated children
• Ensure children receive stimulating experiences that support their development
• Prepare and support children's activities
• Take on day-to-day management responsibilities in the absence of the Team/Room Leader
• Ensure the nursery meets the requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
• Support and mentor students and unqualified staff to maintain high-quality care and education
