Lead Electrician - Essex
I am Currently working with a Building Services Company based in the Essex area, actively seeking a Lead Electrician for various Commercial & Domestic Local works.

You will be responsible for leading a small team of electricians to complete the daily tasks you are given by your supervisor. Ensuring projects are delivered within agreed limits of time.

Key Responsibilities

• Analysing drawings for relevant information
• Manage day-to-day project tasks
• Communicate regular project updates internally to supervisors
• Resolve project risks and issues
• Report to supervisors any issues among the team
• Deliver tasks on the agreed deadlines
• Collate and organise material deliveries
• Dedicate tasks to the best suited electricians / apprentices

The Ideal Candidate

• Domestic and commercial electrical experience is required
• Relevant qualifications 18th regulations, gold card, testing & inspection, CSCS card, driving license
• Considerable knowledge and experience within project work
• Previous Experience working on a variety of commercial electrical sized projects
• 5 years experience working within a similar role
