As part of its continued growth, the company is looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to help drive revenue and maximise opportunities.
The Role

  • Reaching out to previous clients with inactive accounts to reignite business relationships.
  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and networking.
  • Managing and developing a pipeline of prospective clients.
  • Creating and following up on quotes to convert leads into sales.
  • Handling incoming client enquiries via phone and email.
  • Providing excellent aftersales support and problem-solving solutions.
  • Working closely with internal teams to maximise sales potential.

The Ideal Candidate

  • At least two years' experience in a business development or sales executive role.
  • A track record of identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships.
  • A confident, persuasive, and professional approach to client engagement.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • A results-driven mindset with resilience and determination.
  • Experience in handling client objections and closing deals.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic approach to sales.
