As the Mechanical Engineer you ll play a crucial role in the following:

• AHU/FCU maintenance, plant room checks, sprinkler testing, minor plumbing, pumps/motor maintenance and repairs.
• Service, maintenance, fault finding & repair on a range of building services equipment, General maintenance duties as and when required
• Managing log books and permits, issuing RAMS, supporting subcontractors

To be successful in the role of Mechanical Engineer you ll bring the following skills and experience to the role:

• Experience in the commercial environment, in a multiskilled maintenance role.
• Can do attitude, willing to be flexible.
• FGAS or/and Mechanical/Plumbing trade qualification
