• Deliver high-quality, hands-on teaching in Carpentry & Joinery to learners at various levels.
• Develop engaging lesson plans and practical assessments.
• Support students in achieving their qualifications and career goals.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive workshop environment.
• Stay up to date with industry standards and practices.

• Qualified in Carpentry & Joinery (Level 3 or above).
• Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
• Industry experience and strong practical skills.
• Excellent communication and mentoring abilities.
