• £27,000 Basic Salary

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide compliant, customer-centric advice on residential mortgage products
• Guide clients through the full application process from initial enquiry to completion
• Identify and offer suitable protection products alongside mortgage recommendations
• Work closely with estate agency negotiators to generate and follow up warm client leads
• Build strong, long-term client relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
• Maintain accurate and compliant records using internal systems
• Collaborate with the Mortgage Sales Director for ongoing development and support

Key Requirements for the Trainee Mortgage Broker Role:

• Minimum CeMAP 1, CF1 (or equivalent) qualification
• Face-to-face sales experience - estate agency, lettings, banking, or financial retail backgrounds preferred
• Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn
• Clean credit history and no regulatory bans or sanctions

This is a fully office-based role within a well-established estate agency branch in Tottenham, providing constant access to live buyers, investors, and existing clients needing mortgage and protection advice.
