Maintenance Technician

Tradeline are recruiting for an experienced technician to work for a maintenance company whose sites are across London.

The job will involve a variety of tasks including general maintenance, basic plumbing, painting, basic electrical and tiling works.

The role will involve visiting between 5-10 properties per day and you will need to write a shirt report about the works done once completed.

The ideal candidate will have both carpentry and plumbing experience and come from a handyman/multi trade background.

Works are undertaken Monday to Friday and there is opportunity for weekend work too.

Due to the nature of the role, you must have your own vehicle and UK driving licence.
