The successful Art Teacher will:

• Deliver engaging and creative Art lessons across KS3 and KS4

• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment

• Work collaboratively with the Art department to plan and deliver an exciting curriculum

• Monitor and support student progress to achieve excellent outcomes

• Contribute to the broader life of the school, including exhibitions and extracurricular activities

The ideal Art Teacher will have:

• QTS or equivalent teaching qualification

• A strong passion for Art and a desire to share this with students

• Excellent classroom management skills

• The ability to inspire, motivate, and challenge students

• A commitment to ongoing professional development
