Salary: 55k - 65k Plus Package

Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to manage the financial operations within a fast-track Leisure & Hospitality construction company, ensuring accurate reporting, budgeting, and compliance.

Key Duties:

• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage cash flow for project needs.
• Develop and monitor project budgets.
• Provide financial reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Manage payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and tax filings.
• Collaborate with project managers on financial targets.
• Prepare cost breakdowns for contracts.
• Conduct internal audits and implement financial controls.

Requirements:

• Experience in financial management within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and compliance.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
