We're Hiring! CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator - Milling Aerospace Industry Full-Time Permanent

Role Highlights:

• Program, set, and operate 3, 4 & 5 Axis CNC Milling machines (Fanuc & Sinumerik)
• Offline programming using EDGECAM
• Produce first-off components and setup documentation
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams
• Drive continuous improvement in machining processes

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (depending on skills and experience) Working Hours: 39 hours/week

• Mon-Thurs: 08:00-17:00 (30 mins lunch)
• Fri: 08:00-13:00 (no lunch)

? What You'll Need:

• Engineering Apprenticeship or equivalent
• Experience in CNC programming, setting & operating (Aerospace preferred)
• Proficiency in EDGECAM, Fanuc & Sinumerik controls
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
