Learning Support Assistant - Surrey

Quantum Scholars are currently seeking a Learning Support Assistant to join a range of secondary schools in the Surrey area starting October 2025.

This flexible role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities, supporting students across different schools. It's a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and is passionate about helping students reach their full potential.

• Bring experience working with children-this could include coaching, volunteering, mentoring, tutoring, or similar roles

• Provide support to students with a range of needs, both in and out of the classroom

• Build positive relationships with students to help them engage and succeed

• Work closely with teachers and other support staff to implement learning strategies

• Follow school policies on safeguarding, health and safety, confidentiality, and data protection, promptly reporting any concerns to the appropriate staff member

• Full Right to Work in the UK

• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
