Deputy Nursery Manager Required Full Time

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Nursery Deputy Manager to support the effective day-to-day running of our nursery. The successful candidate will assist the Nursery Manager in leading the team, ensuring high standards of care and education, and creating a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for all children.

Leadership & Management

• Support the Nursery Manager in overseeing the daily operation of the nursery.
• Act as the person in charge in the absence of the Nursery Manager.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise staff, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Assist with staff rotas, ensuring appropriate ratios and adequate cover.
