Corporate Tax Director

We are now supporting an international business expansion and wealth solutions provider with their search for a new lead to their Corporate Tax team.

As a global organisation they provide a wide range of financial solutions to a mix of clients, but their tax team in London supports a range of businesses with compliance and advisory from a UK tax perspective, however international tax experience would be very valuable as their clients are from all over the globe.

The team are now seeking an experienced Associate Tax Director or existing Tax Director to not only manage the tax department on a day to day basis, but also to be actively involved in the strategic growth and development of the team.

Due to the firm's structure this role offers exposure to senior decision making and the ability to have a real influence on the direction of the team and it's ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities include;

• Oversight of the tax department and it's day to day operations.
• Direct management of a substantial portfolio of high value clients.
• Management of the wider tax department, supporting with individual team development as well as the wider strategy and implementation of objectives.
• Be a key figure in the leadership within the firm and contribute to strategic improvements.

You

• ACA and/or CTA Qualified with at least 5 years of post qualified experience.
• Strong UK business / corporate tax knowledge.
• Experience of managing and developing a mid sized team as well as a client portfolio.
• International tax experience would be advantageous.
