454.58 PAYE or 600 Umbrella Day Rate

Hybrid - 3 days a week in the office

Sellick Partnership is delighted to assist in the recruitment of an experienced Disposal Surveyor to join a well-respected Property Team.

Duties and responsibilities of the Disposal Surveyor:

• Leading on asset disposals, leasehold negotiations and strategic property acquisitions
• Sourcing property valuations and conducting financial analysis to optimise disposals.
• Negotiating leasehold agreements and acquisitions
• Preparing specialist property reports and presentations for key decision-makers
• Developing strategies
• Liaising with developers, agents and landowners
• Ensuring regulatory compliance

The successful Disposal Surveyor will be:

• A RICS-qualified professional with expertise in property disposals or equivalent experience
• Offer a strong track record in estate management and leasehold negotiations
• Commercially astute
