Temporary Credit Control / Collections Job - Based in Egham, Surrey
Your new role:
Due to an increased work load, we are looking for a skilled credit controller to join an Egham-based client on a temporary basis. Your duties will include:

• Business to business credit control
• Calling customers to chase overdue invoices
• Collecting due and overdue payments
• Resolving invoice-related queries to ensure prompt payments
• Working with other internal departments (finance, sales, customer service) to resolve invoice-related disputes and queries
• Recording all customer contact accurately on customer accounts
• AR administration as required

What you'll need to succeed :

• Previous experience of working in a credit control or collections role
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
• Live locally to Egham (this is an office-based role)
• Immediately available to start a temporary assignment - approx 6 - 8 weeks' work
