Salary:

We're seeking a driven, CeMAP-qualified individual with a proven background in mortgage and protection advice. This remote Mortgage Advisor role is open to applicants living in or around Bedford, Luton, Dunstable, Leighton Buzzard, Biggleswade, Sandy, Flitwick, Ampthill, and Kempston. Key Responsibilities - Remote Mortgage Advisor:

• Deliver whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice via phone and video consultations
• Manage your remote appointment diary and personal pipeline
• Build long-term relationships and encourage client referrals
• Stay up to date with regulatory requirements and maintain FCA compliance
• Work closely with internal case managers and compliance teams to ensure smooth processing

What You'll Receive:

• £27,000 - £29,000 basic salary (including car allowance)
• Financial guarantees paid for your first 6 months
• Uncapped commission structure (10%-25%) - realistic earnings of £50,000-£60,000+

What We're Looking For:

• CeMAP (or equivalent) qualification
• Experience as a Mortgage Advisor or Mortgage Broker, ideally within a remote or home-working environment
• Knowledge of remortgage and protection products
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Comfortable working independently from a home-based set-up
• Clean credit history and full UK driving licence
