A welcoming and vibrant community primary school in Wandsworth are seeking an experienced Year 4 Teacher to join their team on a part-time basis from April 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a small community focused learning environment.

The Role

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Year 4 teacher to take on full class teaching responsibilities for two days a week as part of a job share. Working closely with your co-teacher, you will collaborate on planning, assessment, and classroom management to ensure a seamless learning experience for the children.

The class is settled into Year 4, so the school are looking for an experienced Primary Teacher who can quickly build positive relationships, support learners of all abilities, and create engaging and interactive lessons for the summer term.

This is a part-time contract Primary Teacher position. The working days for this role will be Monday and Tuesdays.

This community-focused primary school opened in 2020 and offers a bilingual education, combining the National Curriculum with Portuguese language instruction provided by specialists. The school is growing steadily, currently catering to pupils from Reception to Year 4. In addition to core subjects, the school offers Forest School, swimming, and music lessons with specialist teachers, fostering a rich and diverse learning experience. The school is easily accessible by public transport.
